We Did a SPARC, Now What?
Moving Forward with Your Support Personnel Accountability Report Card (SPARC) - One Day Workshop

This is a professional development opportunity for school “teams” of counselors, administrators and related student support personnel. Participating student support team members are encouraged to incorporate API, School-to-Career, Title I, School Safety, Healthy Kids, Title IV/TUPE, AVID, school accreditation and report card materials in their SPARC. Participants will:

  • More fully integrate the National Standards and the National Model for School Counseling Program into their Student Support Services
  • Review selected Quality tools to improve group process to achieve desired outcomes
  • Learn how to construct and conduct a simple internet-based survey (Full day session only)
  • Learn leadership strategies to advance their program
  • Review and revise their Support Personnel Accountability Report Card (SPARC)
